She’s been tapped to speak at organizations like FINRA, AARP, Diversity Woman Media, Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Student Clearinghouse, National Football League (NFL), Virginia Community College System, George Mason University, National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC), Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and more.
Andrea’s entrepreneurial spirit shines through her impressive track record: she founded two successful minority and woman-owned trucking companies, a thriving workforce development and business advisory firm, and a six-figure event management business catering to an elite clientele. She’s a respected business strategist and exemplary corporate citizen with almost three decades of experience.
Andrea, a dedicated special needs parent and former caretaker, embodies the spirit of giving back. She’s volunteered her expertise to multiple organizations, championed inclusive initiatives, and co-founded Capital One’s Magellan Program, promoting leadership development within the African American Employee Resource Group (ERG).
With extensive board experience, Andrea has held leadership roles in the National Association of African Americans in HR (NAAAHR), and Maryland Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), focusing on inclusion, diversity, equity, and workforce readiness, and sits on the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber’s Workforce NOW committee.
